These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website https://myseva.site (the "Website") operated by Maa Shakti Seva Trust ("the Trust", "we", "us" or "our"), a charitable trust registered under THE BOMBAY PUBLIC ACT, 1950 with its office at [Trust address]. By using the Website or making a seva contribution you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
1. About the Website
The Website lets you learn about our seva activities and contribute towards causes such as meals (Annadaan) and festival sweet boxes. Prices shown per unit (for example ₹50 per meal) are the contribution needed to sponsor that unit and are shown in Indian Rupees (INR).
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or use the Website under the supervision of a parent or guardian. You confirm that the information you provide is true, accurate and complete.
3. Nature of contributions
Seva contributions made through the Tax Benefit and Cash options are voluntary gifts. No goods or services are provided to you in return.
GST-invoiced contributions ("Online Payment – GST Invoice") are contributions towards the sponsored seva for which the Trust issues a GST tax invoice as applicable. GST, where shown, is charged at the rate displayed before payment.
Contributions are used for the cause you select. If a cause is fully funded, cancelled or cannot be carried out for reasons beyond our control, the Trust may use the contribution for a similar charitable purpose.
4. Payments
Online payments are processed by PhonePe Payment Gateway using UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking or other methods offered by PhonePe. The Website does not collect or store your card, UPI PIN or net-banking credentials.
A payment is treated as successful only after it is confirmed by PhonePe. If money is debited but the payment is not confirmed, it is normally reversed to your account by your bank or PhonePe.
For bank transfers and cash seva, a receipt is issued after the Trust verifies receipt of the funds.
You are responsible for any charges levied by your bank or payment provider.
5. Receipts and tax benefit
Receipts are emailed to the address you provide. Tax benefit is available only as described in our Seva & Tax Benefit Policy, subject to the Income-tax Act, 2025, the validity of the Trust's approval and the details you provide (including a valid PAN). The Trust does not give tax advice; please consult your tax advisor.
6. Indian citizens only
The Trust accepts seva contributions only from Indian citizens using their own funds from Indian sources. Contributions from foreign sources (as defined under the Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Act, 2010) are not accepted. By offering seva you confirm that your contribution is not from a foreign source.
7. Sevak recognition
With your consent we display your name, city, cause and amount on the public Seva Wall and leaderboard. You may choose to appear as "Anonymous" while offering seva, or ask us to remove your name at any time by writing to info.mysevaformanavata@gmail.com. We never display your phone number, email, PAN or address.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Website, including by making fraudulent payments, using another person's payment instrument without permission, attempting to gain unauthorised access, uploading harmful content or interfering with the Website's operation. The Trust may refuse or refund any contribution it reasonably believes to be fraudulent or unlawful.
9. Intellectual property
The name "MY सेवा – For Manavata", logo, text, photographs and design of the Website belong to the Trust or its licensors and may not be used without written permission.
10. Third-party links
The Website links to third-party services such as PhonePe, Instagram and WhatsApp. Their own terms and privacy policies apply, and the Trust is not responsible for their content or practices.
11. Limitation of liability
The Website is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, the Trust is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Website, including temporary unavailability or delays caused by payment partners, banks or internet service providers. Our total liability for any contribution shall not exceed the amount of that contribution.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify the Trust against any claim arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Website.
13. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at [City], Gujarat shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
